The talk will cover:

What does “north-facing” really mean—and don’t all blocks face north?

What is the difference between passive solar design and Passivhaus?

Demystifying NatHERS energy star ratings, net zero and carbon-positive homes

What is thermal mass, and how is it used?

Where and when should insulation be installed?

How breeze paths and airflow can naturally cool your home

How construction materials affect your home’s comfort and energy performance

All profits will be donated to The Hunger Project a not-for-profit organisation who facilitate individual and collective action to transform the systems of inequity that create hunger and cause it to persist.
